LO1.2- Proposal
The purpose of the short film is mainly to educate but can also be used to entertain. The product we are making is a short film. The film is about a teenager who is bragging about his sexual experience but it backfires because he catches an STI. The genre of film that we are producing will be a social realism film. The plot of the story is that, at the beginning of the story, the main character goes to a party with his friends with an aim to have sex with as many people as possible. He goes into college to tell all of his friends his sexual experience and bragging about them. He then goes to the doctors and the doctor explains that he has tested positive for an STI. The theme of the story is coming of age, this is because this situation only occurs when you're in your teenage years an above where the characters become adults.
